Each voucher is:

• Beautifully presented in a black envelope with a gold bow
• Personally printed with the recipient’s name and your chosen message
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous or simply “because they deserve it”.

Vouchers can be redeemed against:

• Any aesthetic treatment listed on my price list
• BBAA Gold Glow Facial and skin treatments
• Consultations and treatment top-ups (where appropriate)

If you’re unsure which treatment to choose, you can purchase a voucher for a set amount, and the recipient can decide at their consultation.

2.    Choose your voucher
 

• Select a treatment or choose a monetary value
• Let me know the name of the recipient and any personal message you’d like printed

3.    Confirm & pay
 

• Payment details will be provided at the time of booking
• Once payment is received, your voucher will be created

4.    Receive your voucher
 

• Collection from the clinic (by arrangement)
• Or a clear digital copy can be sent for you to print at home, if preferred

Every voucher is individually designed and printed to reflect your wishes.

You can personalise:

• Recipient’s name
• Occasion (e.g. “Happy Birthday”, “Just for You”, “Thank You”)
• A short message from you

I’ll confirm the wording with you before printing to make sure it’s perfect.

Please read these before purchasing a voucher:

• Validity: Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly printed on the voucher.
• Non-refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
• No change given: If the full value of the voucher is not used in one visit, any remaining balance can be kept as credit on file until the voucher expiry date (no cash change will be given).
• Booking required: All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Late cancellations / no-shows: My usual cancellation policy applies to bookings made using a voucher. If adequate notice is not given, the voucher (or part of its value) may be redeemed to cover the appointment time.
• Lost or stolen vouchers: Please treat your voucher like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot always be replaced.
• Medical suitability: All treatments are subject to a full consultation and medical assessment. If a treatment is not suitable, the voucher can be used towards an alternative suitable treatment or service.
• Age restrictions: Some treatments have age restrictions and may require proof of age. Vouchers cannot be used by anyone who does not meet the minimum age requirement for a treatment.
• Price changes: Treatment prices may change over time. If prices increase, the voucher will be redeemed at its monetary value against the current price list.
