📌 Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits can be transferred to a new date once, if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
• Failure to attend, or cancelling late, will result in loss of the deposit.

📌 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new deposit for future bookings.
• No-shows will lose their deposit and may be refused further bookings.

📌 Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rearranged.
• Late arrivals that cannot be seen will lose their deposit.

📌 Medical Suitability

• A full consultation and medical form is required before any treatment.
• If you are not medically suitable for a treatment, it will not be carried out.
• This includes pregnancy, breastfeeding, active infections, recent illness, or undisclosed medical conditions.
• Deposits remain non-refundable if a client withholds information that leads to treatment being declined.

📌 Age Policy

• No treatments are offered to anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
• ID may be required.

📌 Refunds

• Treatments are non-refundable once performed.
• Aesthetics is not an exact science; individual results vary.
• Adjustments or extra product/additional treatments are chargeable.

📌 Photography & Privacy

• Before/after photos may be taken for clinical records.
• Images are only used for social media/website with your consent.
• All personal and medical information is kept confidential.

📌 Behaviour & Conduct

• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Clients who behave inappropriately may be refused future appointments.

📌 Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood all policies
• You are honest about medical history and medication
• You understand deposits are non-refundable
• You agree to follow before/aftercare advice
• You understand results vary and require maintenance
